While I did not consistently blog like I wanted to, I never stopped creating. Working put a dent into my crafting time, and 2024 is going to bring me a full-time benefited position with the school district. My new post is close enough to walk, which I will be taking advantage of daily. I’m excited to take my knitting on little walks to and from work!

My yearly goals frequently are finish 100 balls of projects. I fell short in finishing, so none of them count, yet. I didn’t add all my projects to Ravelry, mostly because I don’t like creating projects without pictures.

Hers a couple things I worked on/wore. I embroidered a couple of party hedgehogs for my bestie’s birthday, and made her a tote that’ll be perfect for our Fiber Fest outings. A giraffe for my daughter’s teacher. Some holiday stuff, my secret Santa gift in progress, family holiday gift bags and ornament tags,
2024 goals: 100 balls of yarn. Continued craft stash reduction (I’m actually close on my fabric goal of all of it fitting into one space).
Maybe actually blog again! That would be nice.

Congrats on the FT with benes! Sure it’ll cut into crafting, but you’ll find the time somewhere.
Love the energy of your NYE 😉
Happy New Year!

Thanks!! I think the slight later start (8) and the the permanence of the situation will give me peace of mind enough to get more yarn work done!

Congratulations on your FT job at the school. Hope you enjoy walking to and from school. If you need a wrist project holder for your “walking” project I can recommend Lemonwood on Etsy and Twice Sheared. Twice Sheared was part of this 2023’s advent calendar but it’s supposed to be available in the shop by mid January.
